At Pure Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused nail products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
